Excellent Knowledgable Friendly Service
My six year old desk top still functioned, but was slow and clearly had viruses that my anti-virus software could not remove. I called GetTeck and spoke with Mike about my problems. They were very patient and personable and explained my options in lay terms that I could easily understand. I was considering just buying a new computer, but they convinced me that I didn't need to. The next day Mike picked up my machine and took it to the shop for diagnosis. Turns out I had several viruses of the type that hide and are very difficult to isolate and remove. But after a few days my PC was retuned and it was all cleaned up and WORKING GREAT! The flat fee for the service was cost economical and well worth it. Plus, I got tons of good advice from the technicians and really enjoyed talking with them. Now, as a customer of GetTeck, I have an IT expert to call when I need answers. Stop reading testimonials and pick up the phone and call the guys at GetTeck right now!! You will be glad you did.

The Cavalry Still Rides
Life is generally grand in PC Universe...until it generally isn't: and when it generally isn't, life can become exceedingly stressful exceedingly quickly. Such was the case in my formerly, blissful piece of technical real estate, on an otherwise uneventful day several weeks ago. I discovered GetTeck via Google search, and elected to contact them after preliminarily gleaning GetTeck's reputation by reading the many testimonials of customer satisfaction. Also, I found the company's pick-up service to be a very attractive feature. Right away, I was pleased by Mike's personable, knowledgeable and professional communication: he listened patiently as I described the issues with my system. Nothing inspires consumer confidence toward a good product or service, like a strong, positive gut-feeling at the onset. My conversation with Mike produced this positive result. The willingness of GetTeck to stand behind their work through warranty speaks volumes. GetTeck did a resoundingly excellent job at repairing my PC's capacitors and motherboard. My system was cleaned and checked for problems. GetTeck's level of quality assurance, or test and re-test repairs, ensured that my returned system works without a hitch, and far better than it ran before its issue. Even more superlatively impressive: Mike made an emergency service call to my home to repair a separate self-imposed issue that occurred when I attempted to repartition my hard drive without success. Mike spent approximately 1 1/2 hours in the late evening rescuing my system. This impromptu service call was appended to the end of an extremely long work day that involved at least one trip out of town. Yet, Mike was as personable, professional and patience as always as he worked doggedly. Yes...the cavalry still rides it seems: under the awesome business banner of GetTeck.

Mike the Magician
GetTeck is the essence of customer service. All of my concerns (and even ones I didn't know about) were solved. My laptop is friendlier and faster now than it has ever been. Advice (without sales pressure) was freely given and the prices were more than fair. And who can beat the "in house" service? PS. If you have children (or just want to be entertained) ask Mike to do one of his magic tricks.

DO IT ALL & Right the 1st TIME
It has been my experience in the past a lot of people talk a good game. These people at GetTeck, Mike Ulloa especially plays one! I moved into a new home and asked Mike to set up my system (having had him do service before) it was the Ultimate Professional experience, especially straightening out issues with Cincinnati Bell and the internet connection. He saved me money BUT MOST IMPORTANT HE SAVEd ME TIME "WEEKS" I am a big fan. Thanks!

Friendly, professional, affordable, just awesome
I have had my computer screen replaced by Getteck and they are life savers, my computer got cracked right in the middle of me being in class. They let me use one of their computers and even repaired mine right at my kitchen table. They were right on time and their service is great for college students, single moms or anyone with a computer for the first time and can't really afford the pricey people. I will continue to use their service and highly recommend them.

Tireless Until the Job Was FULLY Resolved
GetTeck was able to resolve a very tenacious and complex wireless network issue that was preventing my printer from working. They not only worked on site for 5+ hours but also spoke with our company's "help desk" on 2 separate occasions to get the program fully resolved. The technician, Mike, is a pleasure to work with and thoroughly explained both the problems and the solutions that were implemented. Thanks Mike – you are now our “Go To” guy for computer help!
