They are Awesome
I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have fixed my computer twice and I am happy with their service. I use my computer for school and the second time I needed their service I had cracked my laptop screen. I really needed a computer while parts were ordered and they let me use a loaner system while mine was being repaired. When the parts arrived they were able to complete the repairs right at my kitchen table. Now how convenient of them.

GetTeck is amazing
Not only does GetTeck repair computers, but they are also amazing at fixing video game systems - Wii, Xbox360, and PS3. Even better, they come to your hose to pick up your system (which is invaluable to stay/work-at-home parents).
Mike Ulloa, the owner, arrived promptly as scheduled at my house to pick up my broken PS3. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it (power supply, yellow light of death, or motherboard!), but Mike assured me that they could fix it, regardless of the issue.
He wasn't boasting. Not only did my PS3 come back as good as new, Mike was more than willing to answer my frequent questions and fill me in on how the repair on my PS3 was coming. Having dealt with Sony's PS3 repair service, this was a blessing for me. Mike explained that my system's power supply was okay, and that they needed to re-ball (re-solder) the processing chips. However, he called a day later to let me know that the problem was more serious. Still, Mike held to his original estimate for repairing my system, replacing the motherboard and re-balling the processor chips all for $175 (make sure you get the coupon from their website).
Even though GetTeck does hundreds of repairs, I felt like they took a personal interest in my work order. You'll never get that level of customer service from Sony. Also, unlike Sony, GetTeck guarantees the repairs for 1 year. And their local! If you need PS3, game system, or PC repairs, you can't go wrong with this company.

He is so calm, so soothing and did I mention calm?? When my computer was returned (darn 6 year old computer needed LOTS of attention) things have been fine and dandy! I can't recommend the guys at GetTeck enough.

Great Work, Great People, Fairly Priced
First used them when my desk top was so confused that it would take over an hour to get my business running in the morning. A very competent and helpful technician came to my home office,cleand things up, installed additional memory, and things have been great since. I called them again when I was having trouble setting up my wireless router for my new,first lap top. Tech was there within 2 hours of my "cry" for help. Wirelsess installed, skypes installed, and he patiently spent much quality time with me simplifying the first time use of my new lap top. I highly recommend them for their quality personal service.

Mike came to our home, explained what the problem was with our system. He even opened the computer and showed me exactly what the problem was! I was quoted a FLAT rate of what it would cost to fix the computer. He assured me that it would not cost me anything if they could not repair it for the quoted amount. Everything was explained in terms that I could understand. When the repaired system was returned and installed it worked perfectly, faster than before and the bill was as quoted. . .to the penny. I would recommend GetTeck to anyone.

I had a serious problem with my Toshiba laptops ability to charge, requiring the entire jack on the motherboard to be replaced. They picked up the system from my home and then repaired it quickly and at a great price. I will definitely use GetTeck again!
