It has been my experience in the past a lot of people talk a good game. These people at GetTeck, Mike Ulloa especially plays one! I moved into a new home and asked Mike to set up my system (having had him do service before) it was the Ultimate Professional experience, especially straightening out issues with Cincinnati Bell and the internet connection. If you are having big or little problems, this is the place to go. GetTeck comes to your home, analyzes, evaluates and solves all the computer issues. Very Qualified, Friendly Service
I had a problem that I initially thought was software related, but Mike at GetTeck determined it was hardware related. It was more work than initially thought (a video chip that needed to be re-soldered, way beyond my ability to fix), but the price quoted to me was not increased. I really appreciated that Mike took the time to explain the work/repairs he did to fix my laptop, which is working great now. A great trustworthy source for computer repairs - thanks Mike!

They are Awesome
I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have fixed my computer twice and I am happy with their service. I use my computer for school and the second time I needed their service I had cracked my laptop screen. I really needed a computer while parts were ordered and they let me use a loaner system while mine was being repaired. When the parts arrived they were able to complete the repairs right at my kitchen table. Now how convenient of them.

Great Customer Service
I was very impressed with GetTeck's great customer service from the 1st phone call. They were extremely helpful over the phone and when the technician came to pick up my virus infected laptop; he took the time to show me about the virus. He was extremely helpful and shared a great deal of information regarding the virus and provided recommendations for the future. I would highly recommend GetTeck.
