Mike is very knowledgeable and was able to solve our home computer problems very quickly. We were particularly pleased that he was familiar with our HP Media Server that we use to back up our home network. Working with Mike was a pleasure. We also were impressed by GetTeck's quick response.

Quick and easy to work with
After returning home from a 2 week vacation, I powered up my system only to have the hard drive fail. After making the call to GetTeck, Mike was knocking at the door the next morning. Mike took my system back to his shop and after a few days I had a huge hard drive installed and all of my important information transferred over. My system is like new again!

Great Customer Service
I was very impressed with GetTeck's great customer service from the 1st phone call. They were extremely helpful over the phone and when the technician came to pick up my virus infected laptop; he took the time to show me about the virus. I have a Dell computer that was giving me lots of pop ups and occasional blue screen errors. They were able to repair the operating system and remove viruses and spyware programs that were threatening my data. No more rip off companies like Geek Squad! Just Excellent Service

Great job
Mike was able to determine the cause of our computer problem over the phone. He came out that same day, gave us options for a solution and had us up and running in a couple of days (as opposed to a couple of weeks). He takes his time and makes sure all your questions are answered. We like the home service too. Would highly recommend him!
